This policy explains what personal information Resultees collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are
Resultees (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs and sells fan-made commemorative football t-shirts. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. We operate from Nash Workshops, Cheltenham, GL50 2AR, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at orders@resultees.com.
The information we collect
- Order and contact details — your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and phone number when you place an order or contact us.
- Payment information — card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
- Order history — the products you buy and the status of your orders.
- Usage information — if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type). See our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To fulfil your order — process payment, make and deliver your products, and provide customer support. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To meet our legal obligations — keep records for tax, accounting and consumer-law purposes. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To run and protect our business — prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and improve our products and service. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
- To understand and improve the site, and to send marketing where you have asked us to — analytics and any marketing. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted parties who help us run the shop:
- Stripe — to process payments securely.
- Delivery and fulfilment partners — to print and ship your order.
- Our hosting and email providers — to operate the website and communicate with you.
- Google — for website analytics, but only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some of our providers (such as Stripe and Google) may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses — to keep your information protected to UK standards.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (generally up to seven years). Information held on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw that consent.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; request a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time.
